Diagnostics and refit
All service solutions MEASURE BEFORE REPLACING

Diagnostics that look for the cause, not only the failed component

An intermittent voltage drop, false alarm or restarting device is often caused elsewhere in the system. A refit therefore begins by recording the existing installation and measuring it under real load.

Diagnostics and refit

From an unclear symptom to a workable plan

We record how the system is connected, reproduce the fault when safe, trace power and signals, and separate cause from effect. For a refit, findings become priorities so safety issues, reliability and desired upgrades are not addressed at random.

When to contact us

  • A fault appears intermittently, only under load or after extended operation.

  • Several devices show apparently unrelated symptoms, alarms or unstable communication.

  • The installation lacks current documentation and a partial or complete refit is planned.

MEASURE BEFORE REPLACING

What we check

01

Voltage and current at rest and under load, connections, voltage drops and protection.

02

Circuit insulation, signs of overheating, moisture, corrosion and mechanical damage.

03

Network communication, configuration, alarms and the sequence preceding the fault.

04

Documentation, cable identification, service access and dependencies between systems.

Diagnostics and refit

What you receive

  1. 01

Measurement-based findings that separate confirmed facts from open assumptions.

  2. 02

Repair priorities based on safety, reliability and effects on other systems.

  3. 03

A refit scope divided into clear phases without unnecessary replacement of working equipment.
