Before responding, we may request information needed to verify your identity and locate the record covered by your request.
Enquiry and form information
When you submit an enquiry, we may receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, message and enquiry subject. Depending on the form, you may also provide vessel, brand, model, system, location, preferred timing, existing equipment or technical-problem details.
The application may record the page path, server-assigned time and message-delivery status. Hosting and web-server infrastructure may process security logs such as the IP address, request details and user agent to operate and protect the service. Enquiry copies may exist in the application database, email, operational backups, or a fallback record when primary delivery fails.
How the information is used
The website does not make automated decisions that by themselves produce legal or similarly significant effects for visitors.
- Response and quotation: To understand the enquiry, contact you, prepare a recommendation or quotation, and arrange service, diagnostics, installation or support.
- Technical handling: To connect the message with the relevant vessel, equipment, brand or project type and follow the response workflow.
- Reliability and security: To limit abuse, check message delivery and troubleshoot website issues.
AI chat and sending a conversation to the team
Chat may process your message, limited conversation history, current page and basic browser context to prepare a relevant response. When an AI response is needed, conversation content may be sent to OpenAI. The application’s default configuration requests processing without enabling the provider response-storage option, but the provider still processes the information to perform the request under its service terms and applicable settings.
If you choose to send the conversation to a person, the team receives the contact details you entered, your message and the transcript so far. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, health data or other sensitive information. AI responses are informational and technical statements must be checked against the actual vessel and equipment.
Service providers and external content
Hosting, email and technical-infrastructure providers may be used to operate the website. OpenAI may process chat content only when AI processing is used. Some pages may contain external links or media from Instagram/Meta platforms and equipment manufacturers. If optional Google Analytics 4 is validly configured, Google’s tag loads only after you explicitly accept analytics.
When your browser directly requests an external image or post, when you open an external link, or when you accept configured analytics, the relevant provider may receive network and technical information, including the IP address and request data. Its own policies and settings govern that processing.
Storage, duration and your rights
Different copies of one enquiry may exist in application records, the email mailbox, fallback records and backups, and may not be deleted at the same time. This page does not publish one fixed period for every record because duration depends on the enquiry type, project workflow, technical security and obligations that may apply. Contact us for information about a specific record.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. If particular processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). Each request is assessed against the actual circumstances and applicable law.
