These terms apply to the publicly available parts of the UnLucky website. They do not set specific commercial terms for a quotation, sale, service or individual project.
Permitted use
Use the website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation, security or availability to other visitors. Attempts to gain unauthorised access, place automated load on the system, bypass security measures or submit harmful content are not permitted.
Website content is provided for general information. Technical information and AI responses must be checked against the actual vessel, equipment, manufacturer documentation and circumstances of the specific work.
Enquiries and external services
Information sent through a form or chat is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. External links open separate services whose content, availability and data handling are not controlled by this website.
Google Maps and Google Places content
Ratings, reviews, author details, images and links identified as Google content may be retrieved through the Google Places API and displayed with the required source attribution. That content and its use are subject to the applicable Google Maps/Google terms and Google Privacy Policy.
